your product
Consulting and design
Our experts will collect your customisation requests: shape, size and materials are chosen on the basis of end use. We can also affix the customer’s logo, lettering or any other graphics requested to the mould.
Molds
The internal production of the moulds allows us to immediately react to changes requested by the customer and to switch production very quickly, avoiding companies to suffer significant blocks and time deficits. Furthermore, we also always ensure the correct maintenance of the mould, to guarantee a perfect realization of the products, with the highest quality level.
Samples
Each customization service includes the creation of a sample, which will be analyzes by the customer to check that it meets every required parameter, before moving on to the creation of the moulds based on the render.

HOTFORM has a highly technological thermoforming production process and is according to the ISO 9001: 2015 and BRC PACKAGING certification schemes, both issued by the prestigious DNV GL certification body.
